for the provision of consulting services

1. General Provisions

1.3. From the moment of payment, the Client is considered to have accepted all terms and conditions of this agreement in full.

2. Subject of the Agreement

2.2. Services are provided in the format of online sessions, analytical reviews, and consulting meetings.

2.3. The services are provided under activity classification 7022 and are of a consulting and educational nature only.

3. Service Delivery Format

3.1. Services are provided within the paid period (12 months from the date of payment).

3.2. Within this period, the Client is granted access to:
— regular consulting sessions (meetups)
— analytical reviews
— online meetings for discussion and interpretation of data

3.3. The number and frequency of sessions are determined by the Service Provider.

3.4. Services are delivered remotely via online platforms.

4. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Service Provider shall:

— provide services in the stated format
— ensure access to consulting sessions
— maintain confidentiality

The Client shall:

— make timely payment for services
— use the provided information independently
— not distribute materials without prior consent of the Service Provider

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. The cost of services is indicated on the Service Provider’s website.

5.2. Payment is made in full prior to the start of service delivery.

5.3. Payment constitutes acceptance of this offer.

6. Liability

6.1. Services are provided for consulting and educational purposes only.

6.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee any financial or specific results.

6.3. All decisions are made independently by the Client.

7. Refund Policy

7.1. Services are considered rendered from the moment access to consulting sessions is provided.

7.2. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law.

8. Term of Agreement

8.1. This agreement enters into force upon payment and remains valid for 12 months.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend this offer without prior notice.

9.2. The current version is always available on the website.
